Last year I had the excitement of my "big overseas trip". I always knew it was going to be a bit of a life changing experience, and it was. You know how you sometimes look back at a year and think, "thank goodness that's over"? Well, that's most definitely NOT the way I feel about this year. Rather it's been one of the most amazing years of my life. For me, it's been a year of extreme highs and extreme lows. As I sit down to write this "year in review", I'm conscious that I'm more interested in what's ahead in 2008 than what occured in 2007. Not that it was a bad year in my life, it's just that I'm approaching 2008 with a great deal more excitement than I approached 2007.
