Sculpture By The Sea

Often when you visit Sculpture By The Sea it’s overly crowded. There’s often too many people competing for space with grumpy locals who want to go about their regular exercise along the wonderful coastal walk between Bondi and Tamarama. I’ve tried going super-early. I’ve also been there just before lunch when the crowds seem to be at their peak. But this time around, I chose late on a Sunday afternoon. Sculpture by the Sea

The last few times I’ve been to “Sculpture by the Sea”, I’ve found the sheer number of people visiting to be a little too much for my liking. I think it’s great so many people go to see the exhibition, I’m just not one for crowds, these days. So I decided I’d get up early this morning and head off to see the exhibition before the big crowds descended. A Day Off

Having worked a fair bit of extra time lately, I asked for a day off. Although I don’t have much planned for the next few days (aside from the Andrew Olle Media Lecture tonight), I figured a long weekend would help me re-set.
