Joyful Moments
“I found myself catching a dose of Jack’s Disease”, I told Pat when she asked the other day how repairs to the family home were going. We laughed because there has been a long-term joke in my family about how much Jack swears when he does “do it yourself”.

Visiting Journos
When my colleague Harriet, a journalist at the ABC, visited our house earlier in the week, we mentioned the leak from the nearby bitumen plant. Flying Home
I have never quite understood the suit jacket with jeans look. Often, they’re accompanied by cowboy boots. Call me old-fashioned, but I think if you’re gonna wear a suit jacket, I think you should wear suit pants.
