Still Baking

You know how I mentioned a couple of months ago I had discovered the art of making home-made bread? Although I generally have a short-attention span, I’m pleased to say I’m still baking. I made this loaf for a colleague and friend who, unfortunately, called in sick today. It will remain on my window-sill for consumption tomorrow.
I am totally impressed. Home made bread is the best! Well, when my husband makes it at least!
