“Have you ever done this walk before?”, I asked a family member when she said, “I’d like to come on one of your walks with you”. She replied that she hadn’t, nor did she know there was a Botanic Gardens in Lismore. This is despite the fact she was born and bred, and has lived here all my life.
I’m starting to think I should apply for a job at Lismore City Tourism. Though born and raised here, I’m exploring bits and pieces I haven’t visited in many years, or have never visited before. Or at least, in retirement, I could become a volunteer guide.
This is my latest video, from Robinson’s Lookout to the Golf Course, a lovely walk through some bushland.
