Colourful Dumplings

“Start with the green one”, we were told by the waitress at “Din Tai Fung” at Central Park in Sydney today. A couple of workmates and I have made a commitment to go out for lunch on the first Thursday of the month, and to “try somewhere new”.

Today we were a little pressed for time, and so decided to “eat locally”. It was a no-brainer we would go to “Din Tai Fung”, as we have loved going to their restaurant at World Square. In the midst of all the yummy food (especially their beans) we just had to try the colourful dumplings. And there’s all kinds of “crazy” non-Chinese flavours such as “bolognaise” and “cheese”. Beautiful and Yum.
